RESOLVED, that the California State University Foundation Board of Governors approves the minutes of the December 13, 2024 meeting by consent.

CSU Direct Admission Pilot Program (Information)

The California State University, in partnership with the Riverside County Office of Education, has established a direct admission pilot program. Eligible high school seniors enrolled in Riverside County public school districts receive direct admission to the CSU for fall 2025.

Advocacy & State Relations Update

Nathan Dietrich, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Advocacy & State Relations, will give an overview of legislative activities and an advocacy update.

Finance and Investment Committee Report (Consent)

Finance & Investment Committee Chair, Michael A. Lucki, will present the following items for approval. The materials are available in the Finance & Investment Committee meeting in OnBoard. All board members have access to the committee's meeting materials.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Governors of the California State University Foundation approves the financial statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Governors of the California State University Foundation approves the charitable gift annuity investment reports for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Governors of the California State University Foundation approves the quarterly investment report for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.
